She brings to her work a unique and varied a blend of qualifications, experiences and interests that make her uniquely effective as a leadership coach, for the right client:
- With a background in business, international affairs, and non-profit management as well as coaching experience with executives and organizations in the healthcare, information technology, pharmaceuticals, finance, and international development, she understands leadership challenges – first-hand – from the perspective of many varied environments.
- Her training as a clinical social worker at Bryn Mawr College, and fascination with the realities of our neurobiology, brings to her work a deep understanding of, and respect for, the inner workings of the brain, mind, and emotions.
- Having spent more than a decade studying and experimenting with different personal and professional development methodologies, she has evolved a deep belief in the power of attention, intention, and focused practice in re-crafting ourselves from the inside.
Gale holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School and an MA in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (with a Fulbright stint in the Middle East). She has also pursued Leadership Coaching training at Georgetown University.
