Kim is a dedicated non-profit management professional with over 20 years of experience in community-based human service delivery. She has been involved at all levels of organizational development and service provision including direct client services, funding procurement, program development and evaluation, staff training and development, quality assurance, strategic planning, and program and operational management.
Kim has held senior leadership positions at three mission-driven, non-profit organizations that generated annual revenues from $35 to $80 million, and served at-risk and in need populations including the homeless, Veterans, ex-offenders, and those managing mental illness and/or addictions.
Realizing that the Greater Philadelphia area is indeed home, Kim returned to the area in 2016 and has re-joined the work of The Decency Group, where she was a founding Partner. As a management consultant at TDG, Kim works with Boards of Directors, senior executives, and HR professionals to create workplace cultures that adhere to a set of core values, leverage emotional intelligence to motivate, train and inspire employees, and realize mission productivity and business profitability by maximizing the relationship between business strategy and values-based leadership.
Kim has a M.A. in Sociology from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
